Will callers know it’s an AI?

What happens if the AI doesn’t know an answer?
It only speaks from the knowledge you gave it — your services, prices, policies, and uploaded docs — with “never promise” guardrails. Anything outside that, it takes a message, creates a follow-up task, and can warm-transfer to you if it’s urgent.
Can I keep my existing number?

How do you price calls and texts?
Starter is $49/month with 75 answered calls and 100 SMS segments. Business is $99/month with 200 answered calls and 300 SMS segments. Extra calls are $0.50 each and extra SMS segments are $0.03 each. Inbound and outbound SMS segments share the allowance. Carrier registration and campaign fees are separate at cost.
What’s the deal with SMS approval (10DLC)?
US carriers require business texting registration (called 10DLC). We built the registration into onboarding as a guided, self-serve flow — most businesses are approved in a few days, and your AI answers calls while you wait.
Is call recording legal?
Recording disclosure is built in and configurable per line, so callers are informed where required. You also get a consent log and opt-out audit trail for texting compliance.
Can my team use it too?
Yes — seats with owner/admin/member roles, shared text inboxes per line, per-teammate routing phones, internal team chat, and built-in video calls. Starter includes 2 team members and Business includes 5. Contact us for larger teams.
Does it book real appointments?
Yes. It offers times, books during the call, and syncs to Google Calendar automatically. Confirmation texts go out without you lifting a finger.
